Scott Beale’s Laughing Squid is a San Francisco Institute. Only Scott and his Laughing Squid team could put together a party that bring people normally found in Silicon Valley (including the Web 2.0 folks) and Burning Man and get them rocking in a carnival atmosphere until 3am in the morning.
This passing Saturday, November 18, was such a party at San Francisco’s Might in honor of Laughing Squid’s 11th Anniversary. With steam engines, burlesque shows, a psychedelic buddha - this is not your regular party. From the usual famous web 2.0 crew to Burners in full costume, everyone was there. Can’t wait for next year.
