Reputation Mangement: A Social Media Marketing Summit Presentation

Last week, I presented at the Social Media: The Marketing Summit panel on Reputation Management. The SMMS is a sister conference of Online Market World, which is held in San Francisco. Speakers at SMMS included everyone from Best Buy, Nokia and Wells Fargo (real companies!) to the vanguard of Social Media, such as Brian Solis, Charlene Li, and Tara Hunt.

Above is the presentation I gave at the panel. You can find my other presentations at:

And as always, any feedback, questions and comments are welcome and encouraged.

Follow you on twitter and enjoyed the deck. We are working Social into the old school B2B set and preaching the same things. Thanks for the affirmation.

Hi Steve,

Good to hear you enjoyed it. Always good to hear feedback: positive and negative.

Whether the B2B or B2B audience, I think the biggest challenge is the definitely the buy-in from the client and/or all the different necessary elements of the organization.

If you’re ever in San Francisco, send me a line. Always good to exchanged war stories on how to help get things done in organizations.

Cheers,

Daniel
